We’ve worked with local business leaders to create opportunities for the youth. We discussed that not all kids are made for college, and learning a trade is just as good, if not better! RPG Construction agreed to mentor teens and young adults while they built Ruby’s House for me. They walked them through the entire process of framing and allowed them to be a little hands-on, with lots of oversight, so that youth could see if it’s something they were interested in! We needed to get some of these kids off the video games for a bit!
