September 2021 – Chlarissa Harrison and LeTara Moore, the daughters of Ruby Perkins Moore and nieces of Robert and Ronald Hardy, along with sisters Willie Mae Versey and Denise Sykes, their extended family and the alumni class of 79, 81 and 84 would like to honor the memories of their beloved Ruby, Robert and Ronald by donating to the Central High booster club. They passed away Jan 2020, Aug 2020 and March 2021 but their legacy will continue. Ruby, Robert and Ronald all believed in giving back to the community and motivating the youth to have better, be better and do better. It was only fitting that the first donation from Ruby’s House and the Hardy Brothers’ Foundation would be to a school for which they were all proud to attend, Helena-W Helena Central High. The family encourages everyone to not give up on the youth because they are the future and to focus on love because tomorrow is definitely not promised.
